While Bristol Water carries out maintenance works in the village, The Cat & Custard Pot Inn remains fully open and accessible, with car parking available as normal.
On days when a road is closed, please follow the diversion signs to enter the village.

The Cat & Custard Pot Inn is a traditional pub, country restaurant and Italian Chalet restaurant in the heart of the South Cotswolds.
We're a pub with rooms in the peaceful village of Shipton Moyne, near Tetbury, Highgrove, Westonbirt Arboretum and Malmesbury. Surrounded by beautiful Cotswold countryside, we’re a place to slow down, eat well and stay a little longer.
Whether you’re joining us for lunch, dinner, drinks in the garden or an overnight stay in one of our ensuite bedrooms, you’ll always find a relaxed atmosphere, delicious seasonal food, thoughtful hospitality and a warm welcome. As a dog friendly pub, we love welcoming well-behaved dogs so that your four-legged friends can enjoy the Cotswolds alongside you.
On Sundays, The Chalet hosts relaxed live music sessions alongside wood-fired pizzas and drinks.

Set in the picturesque village of Shipton Moyne, The Cat & Custard Pot Inn is perfectly placed for exploring the Cotswolds, with some of the area’s most popular destinations right on our doorstep.
The historic market town of Tetbury is just an eight-minute drive away, while Malmesbury is around 10 minutes from the pub. Westonbirt Arboretum and Highgrove Gardens are both only eight minutes away, making it easy to enjoy some of the South Cotswolds’ much loved places during your stay.
Surrounded by beautiful countryside, we’re fortunate to have wonderful walks straight from our door, along with quiet lanes and scenic cycling routes through the Cotswolds countryside.
For those looking to explore further afield, the Cotswold Lakes at South Cerney offer a wonderful day out, with opportunities for paddleboarding, kayaking, sailing, wild swimming, cycling and waterside walks. The historic cities of Bath and Cheltenham are also within easy reach, offering independent shops, restaurants, cultural attractions and events.
For equestrian enthusiasts, Badminton Horse Trials, Cheltenham Racecourse and Beaufort Polo Club are all nearby.
